There are many delicious recipes in my files that are stir fry ones, but they strictly do not fall into any ethnic classification. So here they are; sensational stir fry that breaks with tradition.! Quick and easy recipes featuring stir fried curries, spicy warm salads, Mediteranean inspired dishes, plus delicious Asian recipes. All quick and easy to prepare and cook - I hope that you will enjoy them! Serve any of them with plain boiled rice or pasta.
